Eric Omand Lewis

Member of Unique Feet

Eric Omand Lewis is a member of CamRARE’s community group for children with rare diseases, Unique Feet. He is currently a student at Long Road Sixth Form, Cambridge studying for his A-levels. Eric is passionate about history and has recently been doing a Young Drivers course. Eric has a rare disease, a genetic deletion on 4q and duplication on 16p. He is the only person recorded in the world with his condition. He has a diagnosis of other more common conditions including autism and dyslexia.

My three wishes for rare disease are: more investment; more innovative thinking and less bureaucracy.
