Bio:

Jessica Duggan is a British Citizen based in New York City.  She has over 15 years
experience working in professional services and banking technology in London, Tokyo, Sydney, and NYC. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technology Studies from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Sussex. Jessica’s 3 year old daughter received a genetic diagnosis of SYNGAP1 in 2019 after having previously been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is a parent advocate and volunteer with the SynGAP Research Fund.
