Mal de Debarquement Syndrome – Ignorance isn’t bliss

Synopsis: In Mal de Debarquement (MdDS) is a rare vestibulo-neurological condition, characterized by a perception of self-motion in the absence of a stimulus, with two onset types: Motion-Triggered and Non-Motion Triggered. MdDS is still very unknown. Therapeutic options are limited.
House4balance tries to give this ‘rare’ group of patients extra visibility. With this short video they have a tool to explain this rare condition to family, friends and colleagues. We also aim to be a bridge between doctor, researcher & patient and advocate for more research, medical guidelines and multidisciplinary approach.
